Book Exalts Romes Famous Gelato

      The new book Eat, Pray, Love has one the most famous Roman gelato shops in the world.  San Crispino gelateria is in the book Eat, Pray, Love becuase a bus driver in Rome recommended it to the screenwriter of the movies. Gelato is an itailian version of ice cream. Gelato unlike ice cream has more cream and air in it so it taste moore rich and creamy. Gelato contains milk creams and various sugar and different fruits for different flavors. Gelato may also contain nut and other topping that we know. Gelato has many flavor similiar to ice cream, but some flavor you can only get in gelato. Gelato is a delightful treat to enjoy and try, and you can buy in the Whole Food Market
